| Impact | If successful, how much will this move the MTM? | 1 = Low · 2 = Medium · 3 = High |
| Confidence | How confident are we that it will produce that impact? | 1 = Low · 2 = Medium · 3 = High |
| Ease | How easy is it to deliver, given the time and resources required? | 1 = Hard · 2 = Moderate · 3 = Easy |
ICE score = Impact + Confidence + Ease
Total: 3–9. Higher scores get priority.
Base confidence on evidence: previous results, customer conversations, or a small test, not enthusiasm.
